Landmark provides its clients with a wide range of working environments. As one of their locations, Portman House, is an outstanding building overlooking London’s retail artery, Oxford Street, and is cleverly laid out to provide a fabulous professional working environment. Its range of modern work zones offers inspirational workspace to suit your needs, from social shared tables to quiet space.

Additionally, the site is open plan to maximise space, light and flow of movement – enhancing the atmosphere within each site. To differentiate between work spaces, colour palettes are used to divide the space into specific zones for designated tasks.

Furthermore, Crest’s Newcastle Spice leather was used for the ‘L’ shaped sofa in within the main social space in Landmark at Portman House. Comparatively, this colour is associated with enthusiasm and warmth, as it is thought of as an optimistic and extroverted colour. However, this is deliberately used on site to encourage communication and collaboration.

Through the provision of flexible workspaces, Landmark at Portman House create engaging environments. They help people achieve their full potential in the workplace, in thriving, well-connected locations. They prioritise partnering with our clients to help achieve business success. Doing business is easy; with Landmark’s teams you can ‘consider it done’ with every detail – big or small – covered.
